Terms of use

The rules for using Airplays.

Last updated: 30 August 2026

Scope

These terms apply to the use of Airplays (airplays.fm), including accounts created on it. By using the site or creating an account you accept these terms.

The service

Airplays shows which songs Dutch radio stations play, with charts and insights built on that data. The service is free. The data is collected automatically and may therefore contain errors or gaps; we do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate or available at all times.

Your account

  • Provide a correct email address and keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • You have at most one account and are at least 16 years old.
  • You can delete your account yourself at any time on the account page.

Acceptable use

Don't disrupt or overload the service: no scraping or automated bulk access, respect the rate limits, don't try to get around security measures and don't use the service for anything unlawful.

Your content

Playlist names and descriptions you enter must not be unlawful or offensive and must not infringe anyone's rights. We may remove content that violates this rule.

Intellectual property

Music metadata and artwork come from third parties such as Spotify and MusicBrainz and remain the property of their rights holders. Names and logos of radio stations belong to their owners. Airplays claims no rights to any of these.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep Airplays available but give no uptime guarantee and may change or discontinue (parts of) the service. As a free service, our liability is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Termination

You can stop at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

Changes and applicable law

We may amend these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using the service after a change, the new terms apply. Dutch law governs these terms.
